Margret now visibly pregnant, it makes sense to me that she would be wearing baggy clothing to hide it, as it is speculated that she lives in a bower with nuns or other people of importance.
and so our heroine withdraws to the Taiga
Margret is now running away to the Taiga, which is Russian for forest. To portray this, I added some relatively substantial boots, as all that walking will not happen in heels.
